An eBay spokesman confirmed to the BBC that the accounts in question had been closed down and lent:" Cash on collecting is very unusual and we would question buyers to always compensate via the scaffold when purchasing ."
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson articulated:" When "weve received" each of these reports of any occurrence, we assess the immediate menace, distres and probability to the public and allocate patrolmen and natural resources accordingly .
